About Me

Louis was founder and sole proprietor of Tyson Tax & Accounting which he sold in 2013 when he moved to Virginia briefly to care for aging Grandparents. Most recently, he was a Tax Manager at another local Public Accounting firm. With over 20 years of experience, he has provided a variety of tax services to small businesses and individuals, including income tax planning, tax return preparation, IRS correspondence and representation.

As a tax professional, Louis has helped individuals, families and small businesses navigate the complex U. S. Tax Code. He keeps abreast of the ever-changing laws and focuses his attention on our firm’s developing role in the tax field and its expanding clientele who require tax help.
